Terminal square Rotterdam The Hague airport

Flux received the assignment for the landscape design of the terminal square of Rotterdam The Hague Airport. In Flux's vision, the square will become an attractive entrance to the airport, with a strong focus on sustainability, green quality, water storage and quality of stay. A pleasant reception area for passengers, drop-offs, employees and other visitors to the airport grounds. The airport sees this task in the outer area as a catalyst for further area development.

Flux is working on Podium Lelylaan Amsterdam

Commissioned by ION and Green Real Estate, Flux is working with OZ architects on Podium Lelylaan. The former monumental Calvijn College, located in the urban renewal area Lelylaan is a subarea of Podium Lelylaan. Due to its unique location, the plan forms an important link between the old and new city, near Amsterdam Lelylaan railway station. The development is called 'Het Cornelium' and will be a creative heart including housing, community rooms and a cultural breeding ground where artists can live and work. The lush landscape at ground level and the food-roof with its communal garden make an important contribution to the quality of life for both people and animals. Much attention is paid to nature, including a large number of trees, rocks for small reptiles, insect hotels, bat boxes, dozens of (singing) bird houses and animal-friendly lighting.
